In 2011, Gregor Richter founded RICHTER STONE with the mission of delivering a superior stone + tile experience for luxury residential designers, architects and builders.
A second generation German Master Craftsman, Gregor Richter has stone in his blood. From an early age his father impressed upon him the values he still holds true today: Quality, Honesty, Integrity, Efficiency + Precision.
Gregor began his formal stonemason education at the age of 13, and went on to graduate from the esteemed Stonemason School Demitz Thumitz in Germany.
Gregor Richter proudly earned the certification of European Stone Master Craftsman, a rare distinction bestowed upon the best-in-class carvers after many years of study and apprenticeship.

Stone fabrication is Gregor’s rai·son d'ê·tre, and it shows in the way he approaches each and every project and how he leads his team— with passion and integrity and elevated customer service.
Gregor has been working with stone since the age of thirteen. That passion led to several apprenticeships and a Master Craftsman’s Degree from the Stonemason School Demitz Thumitz in Germany.
After moving to Los Angeles, Gregor became highly sought after for his superior carving skills and worked to restore many architecturally significant properties.
In 2011, Gregor opened the doors to RICHTER STONE bringing together the best-in-class talent under one roof.

Cam Ghojeh
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Cam Ghojeh has 38 years of experience in the construction industry with high-end residential, multifamily units, and commercial projects. For the last 25 years, Cam has been in stone industry in a range of managerial roles. During this time, Cam implemented procedures within office and construction sites to handle and complete multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. As a Construction manager, Cam successfully led and completed numerous high-profile projects throughout Southern California including New Century Plaza Hotel and condominium, SoFi Stadium, Staples Center, Wilshire Grand Hotel, LA Live Marriott and Ritz Carlton Condominium, Waldorf Astoria Hotel, and many more..
Cam received his Master’s in Fine Art from Syracuse University, New York, and Bachelor of Art in Interior Design from Bournemouth University, England.

Debbie Armstrong
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Debbie Armstrong joined team in 2021. In her capacity as Director of Operations, Debbie manages Richter Stone’s production facility where she has implemented a whole system and work flow from contract inception to completion of the project. She is excited to be part of a team who believes in the adage that “Perfection is not an Accident” and inspires her team to do their best work and never settle for mediocre. She believes that “there is a solution to every situation” and this attitude is reflected in her whole department.
After migrating to the US in 1989, Debbie left her literary career behind and joined a prominent stone fabricator in the San Fernando Valley focused on commercial projects and custom residential jobs. Debbie rose through the ranks and has developed a great intuition for the cutting edge demands in the residential home builders and home remodel markets; and through the years stepped up her game to tackle high volume production. In her previous role as Plant Manager for a Union Stone company, Debbie was instrumental in managing and completing on time in-house fabrication for some of the prominent Los Angeles skylines like the Sofi Stadium, LAFC, The LA Coliseum renovation, the Four Seasons residence and The Metropolis to name a few.
